By creating an account on Yards, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain language and explain how the platform works and what we both expect from each other.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yards, the football program management platform operated by Yards App Inc. By accessing or using Yards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
Yards is intended for:
You must be 16 years or older to create an account. Coaches who register minor players to their roster take responsibility for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
You agree to use Yards only for legitimate football program management purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Yards (photos, narrations, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Yards a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content in order to operate the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any content. Do not upload photos or recordings of people who have not consented to being included.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
Yards uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching insights from your game narrations. You understand and agree that:
We aim to keep Yards available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Yards is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily disabled as we improve the product.
Some features of Yards may require a paid subscription in the future. We will give users advance notice before any free features become paid. Free plans, if available, will be clearly marked.
You may stop using Yards at any time. To delete your account, contact us at hello@yards.football.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Yards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yards App Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Yards, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Yards after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baja California, Mexico.
